To jump to conclusions
For this one you need to think of your mind jumping and not your body. If you jump to conclusions you make a decision about something without understanding all the facts. You can also draw a conclusion which you do once you know enough to make an informed decision about something. A foregone conclusion is when the end result is obvious.
“When my mum saw the broken window, she jumped to the conclusion that I’d broken it whilst playing football.”
“After reading about all the delays at airports this summer, I’ve drawn the conclusion that we’re better off driving to France.”
“Tonight’s football match is a foregone conclusion. There’s no way that England can beat France this year.”
